Barbecue Spare-Ribs

 

To prepare & cook :

Add 2 spoonful of Yeungs barbecue sauce to 500g of spare-ribs, mix thoroughly and let marinade for at least 2 hours (over night for best result) . When ready, put marinade spare-ribs into pre-heat oven ( gas mark 6/200C) for 30-35 minutes, turn over at 20 minutes interval.

 

To serve :

Can be deep fry in pre-heated medium hot oil for 5 minutes, or charcoal barbecue re-heat.

Ingredients:      1 packet    "Yeungs" Chinese Curry Mix 110g
                               10 oz     cooked & diced Chicken breast
                                 4 oz     chopped onion
                                 2 oz     garden peas

Cooking direction:
First mix 1 packet of "Yeungs" Curry mix with 1 pint of cold water
into a cooking pot, maximum heat, keep stirring with a whisk frequently 
until it brings to boil.

When the curry sauce has boiled, put all the required meat and vegetables
into the boiling curry sauce, keep stirring for 2 minutes.

It is now ready to serve. Ideal to serve with rice or chips

Ingredients:  400g Sliced top-side beef 
                       50g chopped red & green pepper  
                       30g chopped onion 
                         1   packet Yeungs Blackbean & Garlic Sauce mix
  
Cooking Direction:
        1 / Pour 1 packet of Yeungs Blackbean & Garlic Sauce Mix into
                  a measuring jug  and mix with 280ml water, stir well. 
        2 / Now heat up the fry pan to hot and add 2 tbsp of cooking oil.
        3 / When ready put the sliced beef into fry pan and stir fry for 1 minute 
        4 / Now put all the vegetable into the fry pan and further stir fry 
                   with the beef until cooked
       5 / Once cooked, pour the jug of the Blackbean & Garlic sauce mix into
                  the fry pan, stir fry until thicken up and bubbling hot. 
        6 / Garnish with spring onion. It is now ready to serve.

Chicken and Noodle Soup


Open a packet of Yeungs Chicken Noodle soup, pour into a pot and mix with 1 pint of water and turn maximum heat,stir occasionally  Once boiling, turn to low heat, let simmer for 2-3 minutes then ready to serve.
Text Box: Thai Green Chicken Curry  ( serve two )     

Ingredients :         600 ml      Semi-skimmed milk
                                2 pieces      Large cooked chicken breast ( chopped ) 
                                    100g      chopped broccoli 	
                                    100g      chopped green pepper 
                                      30g      chopped onion
                                1 packet     Yeungs Thai Green Curry Mix 
  
Cooking direction:
First mix 1 packet of Yeungs Thai green curry and 600ml semi-skimmed milk in a measuring jug, stir well. 

Now heat up the wok or fry-pan, add two spoonful of vegetable oil, wait until oil is hot.

When ready, put all the meat and vegetables into the wok and stir fry for 2-3 minutes. 

Now pour the jug of green curry mix into the wok and stir fry until bubbling hot.

When bubbling hot, turn the heat to medium and let simmer for 3-5 minutes,  now ready to serve.
